The co-founders started their careers in product design and manufacturing systems before moving to marketing. Other team members have chemical engineering and computing backgrounds. A lot of the team worked for an organisation that launched new disruptive technologies from the USA and Asia into EMEA, in fact launched over 30 companies in this way.
