MedQdoc are quality management software specialists, supporting medical device companies with eQMS. MedQdoc’s team have expert understanding of the medical device industry and the regulatory requirements, having been involved with many medical device development projects. The company’s customers are generally SMB to SME medical device businesses, from start-ups to multi-national organisations that are looking to accelerate their QMS journey.
Medical Device Marketing – Need & Requirement
MedQdoc’s overriding goal of the project was to generate product awareness around their eQMS solution and kickstart lead generation. The company recognised the need for a new website to form the foundations of achieving this goal and a competitive brand that would enhance their credibility in the market place.
Motion Marketing’s Solution
A new competitive brand was the first part of our medical device marketing solution. Although a Nordics company, the MedQdoc brand still needed to have an international focus. We provided three initial brand concepts that would add trust, credibility and brand and financial value.
Our industry experience with a previous healthcare/medical sector project meant we already had a jumpstart on the market place research, where we found the dominant industry trend to be clean and light designs. We applied elements of this to MedQdoc to allow for better recognition and to maintain an industry connection.
To help with audience enablement and education, we also provided a series of technical infographics and iconography to showcase the benefits of MedQdoc’s eQMS solution. Supporting collateral, including corporate presentations and social media profile branding was also developed to help when pitching new prospects.
For the website project, we created webpages outlining the benefits of the eQMS, pricing and FAQS, as well as a knowledge hub section with downloads and case studies to help potential customers better understand the eQMS product.
