Cyclone provides an end-to-end solution for lifting and handling equipment from testing and examination through to bespoke design and manufacture. Cyclone has over three decades of lifting and handling experience. The business was also recently acquired by the LR Group.
Industrial Engineering Marketing Requirement
Limited marketing resources had previously been applied to the business prior to joining the LR Group. However, Cyclone recognised the importance of updating their visual identity to modernise the business and to help with their strong growth aspirations and in-group cross selling plans. To achieve this modernisation and growth targets, it was clear a complete rebrand and a new website would be required.
Motion Marketing Solution
A key requirement of the logo was to maintain an industry connection, which was achieved by utilising a crane within the imagery. From this idea, we created three logo development concepts for the Cyclone team to evaluate and select their preferred option.
As the business had strong growth aspirations, a new website was designed and developed to become the core foundation of all Cyclone’s marketing communications. New website content that was SEO optimised and downloadable tools were also created for the site.
To grow connections with customers and prospects, we created and branded Cyclone’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Twitter, to ensure a consistent brand was used across all customer touchpoints. Alongside this we have created a paid promotion plan for both LinkedIn and Google Ads. Other supporting collateral included business cards, email signatures and templates.
