Need & Requirement
Emerico recognised their brand no longer represented the company’s evolution and needed better alignment to their sales goals and business aspirations. The digital transformation company required a competitive brand with complimentary enticing messaging that correctly covered a fast moving industry, and a website and supporting collateral that would help them compete in the international market.
The key aims of the new brand and website were identified from the outset and were kept at the forefront of the project during the design and development stages. Increasing the value of the business, showcasing the company as the innovative leader they are and having a solid shop window to enable further marketing communications were important requirements of the rebrand.
The website would need to align with Emerico’s sales goals by creating a user journey that would help to generate sales leads, cross-sell products and solutions and drive customer engagement to the sales team. Core markets are banking, government, insurance, telecoms, retail and aviation.

As Emerico’s website needed to compete on international search results, we started the project with extensive keyword research. This research was utilised throughout the core messaging development phase and the main website content creation to ensure the site would deliver relevant traffic with high conversion intent.
The brand was an important element to get right. It needed to step Emerico up to another level, be industry competitive, internationally facing and deliver results. Competitor analysis and positioning research were performed, so we could confidently present brand concepts that would resonate with their target audience and be functional across online and offline marketing collateral.
New content and infographics were created for the website that were optimised for the focus keywords and offered detailed information on product specifications and solutions, whilst helping the customer to visualise what industries and environments would benefit from their products.
A bespoke and responsive website solution was developed, which was suitable for both the target audience and for SEO purposes. We suggested a change in the domain to .com to boost their international presence. Full tracking was installed on the site, so Emerico can closely monitor their top-performing traffic channels, conversions and other data that will help them make informed decisions on their wider marketing strategy.
